Objective To analyze the application value of invisible orthodontic technique without brackets combined with restorative treatment in the aesthetic restoration process of anterior teeth. Methods From August 2019 to August 2021, 50 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group based on random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine restorative treatment, and the study group received invisible orthodontic technique without brackets combined with restorative treatment. The dental aesthetic effect, pink esthetic score and white esthetic score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the proportion of dental aesthetic class Ⅰ in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pink esthetic score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the study group was higher than that the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the white esthetic score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, the effect of invisible orthodontic technique without brackets combined with restoration treatment is good, and the ideal aesthetic effect can be obtained. Meanwhile, it is helpful to improve the pink esthetic score and white esthetic score of teeth, which is worthy of clinical application.
