Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of nano-resin in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods Sixtyfour patients receiving anterior dental aesthetic restoration in the Department of Stomatology, Licang Street Community Health Service Center, Licang District, Qingdao from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, which were divided into reference group and test group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The reference group applied light cured composite resin for repair, and the test group used nano-composite resin material for repair. The tooth health index, repair satisfaction, tooth pain and oral disease were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SBI and GI indexes of the test group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of the test group on aesthetics, comfort, restoration shape, restoration color, marginal occlusion and personalized traits were higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the test group at 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of oral diseases in the test group was 6.25%, which was lower than 25.00% in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of nano-resin in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is accurate, which can improve the aesthetic restoration effect, improve the oral health, reduce the pain, improve their comfort, and help reduce the risk of oral diseases.
