Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of infiltration resin combined with microabrasion and cold light teeth whitening in dental fluorosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with dental fluorosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with microabrasion and cold light teeth whitening, and the observation group was treated with infiltration resin on the basis of the control group. The tooth damage area, tooth sensitivity and tooth whitening were compared between the two groups. Results The damaged area of teeth in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group after 1, 2 and 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). The proportion of no sensitivity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of whitening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Infiltrated resin combined with microabrasion and cold light teeth whitening can reduce the damaged area and sensitivity of teeth in patients with dental fluorosis, and the whitening effect is better.
