Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL and CBL integrated teaching method in oral clinical practice. Methods A total of 84 dental interns who practiced in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping method, with 42 dental interns in each group. The control group was given routine teaching method, and the observation group was given PBL and CBL integrated teaching method. The test scores, clinical operation learning effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of improving doctor-patient communication ability, promoting the establishment of innovative thinking and improving clinical operation practice ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL and CBL integrated teaching method in oral clinical practice teaching is helpful to improve the examination results and satisfaction of teaching.
