Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of skin rejuvenation. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent skin rejuvenation treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser, and the experimental group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with intensive pulsed light. The clinical efficacy and indexes of VISIA skin image analyzer were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of purple, brown spots, ultraviolet spots and spots in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with intensive pulsed light is effective in the treatment of skin rejuvenation, which can effectively alleviate skin aging and improve skin texture and related skin problems
