Objective To investigate the application of early diversified nursing in the displacement repair of nasal septum deviation. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent displacement repair of nasal septum deviation admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into reference group and control group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the study group received early diversified nursing. The comfort, anxiety, sleep quality and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The comfort score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The anxiety score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.33%, which was lower than 18.60% in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients during displacement repair of nasal septum deviation, early diversified nursing can effectively improve nursing comfort and quality, relieve patients' anxiety, further improve patients' sleep quality, and reduce related complications.
