Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of water light injection on patients undergoing facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent water light injection in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Jingshan People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 27 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The nursing effect, comfort, self-management behavior and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that in the control group (85.19%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The self-management behavior score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (3.70%) was lower than that in the control group (22.22%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can improve the effect of facial water light injection treatment, improve patient comfort and self-management behavior, and reduce the incidence of complications.
