Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of Orem nursing mode on self-care ability and scar aesthetics of patients with scar uterus after reoperation. Methods A total of 90 patients with scar uterus who underwent cesarean section in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative basic nursing, and the observation group was given Orem nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability, scar aesthetics and perioperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-concept, self-responsibility and self-care function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of scar aesthetics in the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was 2.22%, which was lower than 15.56% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of Orem nursing mode in patients with scar uterus after reoperation is good, which can improve the self-care ability, promote the further optimization of postoperative scar aesthetics, and help to reduce the incidence of perioperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
