Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with multiple skin tumors on the head and face treated with plum-blossom needle tapping combined with photodynamic therapy. Methods A total of 168 patients with multiple skin tumors on head and face admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 84 patients in each group. The control group was treated with photodynamic therapy and routine nursing. The observation group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping combined with photodynamic therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy pain and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%, which was higher than 84.52% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with multiple skin tumors on the head and face, photodynamic therapy combined with plumblossom needle tapping therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical treatment effect, relieve pain and improve patient care satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
