Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused short-term psychological intervention combined with nursing project improvement mode in burn patients with Meek skin grafting. Methods Sixty burn patients with Meek skin grafting admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into intervention group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was treated with solution-focused short-term psychological intervention combined with nursing project improvement mode. The pain degree, self-efficacy, negative emotion and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and the GSES score was higher than that before intervention, while the VAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the GSES score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused short-term psychological intervention combined with nursing project improvement model can reduce the pain degree of burn patients with Meek skin grafting, improve self-efficacy, relieve negative emotions and reduce complications
