Abstract:Acne inversa is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease, the clinical symptoms are mainly manifested as inflammation in the armpit, hip and other parts. The etiology of the disease is complex and the course of the disease is long, and it is easy to recur, which seriously damages the health of patients and reduces the quality of life of patients. Meanwhile, the exact pathogenesis of acne inversa is not clear, it is easy to be complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and can also damage the health of patients together with other metabolic diseases, endanger the life safety and shorten the life span of patients. Although there are many ways in the treatment acne inversa, it is difficult to achieve significant results.The levels of various proinflammatory cytokines in patients with acne inversa are increased. Biological agents for this symptom have become a new way to treat acne inversa. This paper introduces the pathogenesis of acne inversa, and reviews the progress of biological agents in the treatment of acne inversa, aiming to provide basis and reference for clinical treatment.
