Abstract:Objective To explore the application e?ect of pressure ulcer programmed nursing for patients with high risk of lower extremity pressure ulcer in respiratory medicine department. Methods From February 2020 to February 2023, 80 patients with high risk of lower extremity pressure ulcer in respiratory medicine department of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and intervention group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given pressure sores programmed nursing. The quality of life, the occurrence of pressure sores in lower limbs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of psychological function, social function, material life status and physical function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of lower extremity pressure sores in the intervention group was 5.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 95.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application e?ect of pressure ulcer programmed nursing in patients with high risk of lower extremity pressure ulcer in respiratory medicine is defnite, which can prevent acne, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
