    目的 探讨叙事护理干预在整形美容手术患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2021年9月-2023年5月于 我院行整形美容手术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对 照组应用常规护理,观察组应用叙事护理干预,比较两组情绪状况、自我效能和应对方式、满意度。 结果 两组干预后BIRS评分、K10评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后 GSES评分、SCSQ积极应对评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SCSQ消 极应对评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的 73.33%(P<0.05)。 结论 叙事护理干预在整形美容手术患者中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者的情绪 状况,调节期望值和自我效能,且有利于提高患者的手术满意度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application e?ect of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent aesthetic plastic surgery in our hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given narrative nursing intervention. The emotional status, Self-efcacy and coping style, satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The BIRS score and K10 score of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The GSES score and SCSQ positive coping score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SCSQ negative coping score of the two groups after intervention was lower than those before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery is e?ective, which can e?ectively improve the emotional status, regulate expectations and self-efcacy, and improve the satisfaction of patients with surgery.
