Objective To explore the clinical effect of doxycycline combined with modified Qinghao Biejia decoction in the treatment of rosacea. Methods A total of 50 patients with rosacea admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with doxycycline, and the observation group was treated with modified Qinghao Biejia decoction on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Doxycycline combined with modified Qinghao Biejia decoction is effective in the treatment of rosacea, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote recovery.
