Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of three-dimensional teaching method in clinical teaching of aesthetic restoration of oral all-ceramic crowns. Methods From July 2020 to May 2022, 50 physicians who participated in the internship in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group, with 25 physicians in each group. The conventional group was given the traditional teaching mode, and the experimental group was given the three-dimensional teaching mode. The clinical ability, teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of medical history collection, physical examination, clinical diagnosis and treatment plan in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 83.33%, which was higher than 54.17% of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores of theoretical knowledge, operational skills and case analysis in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of three-dimensional teaching method in clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial plastic surgery can effectively improve students' clinical comprehensive thinking ability and improve students' clinical business level. At the same time, students are satisfied with the teaching effect of this teaching mode.
