Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients undergoing oral restoration treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent oral restoration treatment in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing. The nursing efficacy, treatment compliance, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing compliance of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In oral restoration treatment, continuous nursing has a good effect on improving patient treatment compliance, reducing adverse reactions, and patients have high satisfaction, which is worth applying.
