Abstract:Objective To study the effect of four-hand operation technology on the aesthetic effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given four-handed operation technique. The tooth score, aesthetic effect, tooth health index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the retention score, comfort score and language function score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The gingival condition, implant color, soft tissue color, alveolar bone condition score and total aesthetic score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The SBI score and GI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of four-handed operation technique in minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth can effectively improve the aesthetic effect, improve the function of the affected teeth and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
