Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with vulvar reconstruction after extensive resection of vulvar cancer. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 34 patients with vulva reconstruction and plastic surgery after extensive resection of vulvar cancer in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots, with 17 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression scores and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.12%, which was higher than 58.82% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.88%, which was lower than 35.29% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of vulva reconstruction after extensive resection of vulva cancer, the application of comprehensive nursing method can further improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce patients' anxiety and depression scores, and the promotion value is obvious.
