Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urethral tightening reconstruction and vulva plastic surgery. Methods A total of 34 patients who underwent urethral reconstruction and vulvar plastic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 17 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, quality of life, negative emotions and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.88%, which was lower than 35.29% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score, SDS score and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in patients with urethral tightening reconstruction and vulva plastic surgery, which can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients. At the same time, it can improve its anxiety and depression, which is of positive significance to promote postoperative rehabilitation.
