Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality in female patients undergoing vulvar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 44 patients who underwent vulva plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received continuous nursing quality improvement. The satisfaction, quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.45%, which was higher than 59.09% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physical function and psychological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous improvement of nursing quality in female patients with vulvar plastic surgery is effective, which is helpful to improve the nursing effect, improve the quality of life and psychological status of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
