Objective To explore the application value of psychological intervention in the nursing of female vulva plastic surgery. Methods Forty-two patients with vulvar plastic surgery admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 21 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of anxiety and depression, satisfaction and pain were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the experimental group was (1.22±0.55) scores, which was lower than (2.44±1.11) scores of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of female vulvar plastic surgery, psychological mtervention nursing can improve patients' anxiety and depression, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce patients' pain.
