To evaluate the application effect of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in oral clinical treatment. Methods A total of 70 patients who received oral treatment in Tancheng Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and experimental group by odd-even grouping method, with 35 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with a simple anterior teeth restoration intervention program, and the experimental group was treated with an anterior teeth aesthetic restoration program. The dental health indicators, aesthetic restoration satisfaction, and dental restoration aesthetics scores were compared between the two groups. Results The PLI, SBI, GI, PD and other dental health indicators of the two groups after repair were lower than those before repair, and the above indicators of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of aesthetics, comfort, color, shape, gingival margin and personalized features in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The pink esthetic score and white esthetic score in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of oral clinical treatment, the application of anterior teeth aesthetic restoration scheme is helpful to improve the aesthetic restoration effect, promote the improvement of patients' dental health level, effectively improve the oral aesthetics of patients, so as to improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
