Abstract:To explore the application effect of plastic cosmetic suture technique in emergency facial trauma. Methods A total of 80 patients with emergency facial trauma admitted to Nayong County People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine surgical repair techniques, and the observation group was given plastic cosmetic suture techniques. The operation time, anxiety level, satisfaction and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was (50.32±4.22) min, which was shorter than (66.63±9.65) min of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS score of the observation group was (40.14±6.32) scores, which was lower than (51.24±1.95) scores of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of color, thickness, softness and vascular distribution in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of plastic cosmetic suture technique in emergency facial trauma can achieve better results, which is of positive significance to promote wound healing, relieve anxiety and improve patient satisfaction.
