To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasonic gun combined with water light injection therapy in solving the problem of facial skin aging. Methods From March 2022 to March 2023, 80 patients with facial skin aging admitted to Changsha Huanmei Beauty Clinic, a school-enterprise cooperation institution of Xiangtan Medical and Health Vocational and Technical College, were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given water light injection therapy, and the experimental group was given ultrasonic gun combined with water light injection therapy. The length and depth of the two groups, the improvement effect of skin aging and treatment satisfaction were compared. Results After treatment, the length and depth of the left and right decrees in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of facial skin aging improvement in the experimental group was 87.50%, which was higher than 67.50% in the reference group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.50%, which was higher than 65.00% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic gun combined with water light injection therapy has a good clinical effect in improving facial skin aging, which can further improve the effect of facial skin wrinkle removal and tightness improvement, and play an effective anti-aging role. Meanwhile, it is conducive to improving patient satisfaction.
