Abstract:To explore the clinical effect of photorejuvenation technology in patients with skin beauty. Methods A total of 84 patients who received photorejuvenation treatment in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected. According to the different symptoms of patients, they were divided into skin pigmentation group, skin aging and relaxation group and telangiectasia group, with 28 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy, treatment satisfaction, recurrence and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the telangiectasia group was 96.43%, which was slightly higher than 92.86% in the skin pigmentation group and the skin aging and relaxation group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The treatment satisfaction of skin aging and relaxation group and telangiectasia group was all 92.86%, which was slightly higher than that of skin pigmentation group (89.29%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The recurrence rates of skin pigmentation group and telangiectasia group were 7.14% and 3.57%, respectively, which were slightly higher than 0 of skin aging and relaxation group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the skin pigmentation group and the telangiectasia group was 3.57%, which was slightly higher than 0 in the skin aging and relaxation group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of photorejuvenation technology in patients with skin aging and relaxation, telangiectasia, pigmentation and other problems can achieve good skin cosmetic results, and patients have fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate, which has high application value.
