Abstract:To analyze the application effect of surgical correction of lingual frenum in the treatment of lingua fracenata. Methods A total of 100 children with lingua fracenata admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 50 children in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was treated with surgical correction of lingual frenum. The clinical efficacy, pronunciation recovery time, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The recovery time of pronunciation in the study group was (6.81±2.98) months, which was shorter than (17.24±1.79) months in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 84.00% of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Surgical correction of lingual frenum is effective in the treatment of lingua fracenata, which can shorten the recovery time of children's pronunciation, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and promote the development of children's physical and mental health.
