To analyze the application value of pelvic floor therapy instrument and infrared combined massage nursing intervention in cesarean scar. Methods A total of 50 patients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received pelvic floor therapy instrument and infrared combined massage nursing. The scar relief, quality of life, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The regression time of scar redness and swelling, the regression time of scar subcutaneous induration, the regression time of scar exudate and the healing time of scar in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of vitality, social function, mental health, emotional role and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor therapy instrument and infrared ray combined with massage nursing intervention has a significant effect on the relief of cesarean section scar, which can promote the regression of scar redness, subcutaneous induration and exudation, accelerate scar healing time, reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
