Abstract:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chloasma during laser treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients with chloasma who underwent lattice laser from January 2021 to January 2023 in Liyang Institute of Dermatology were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The clinical indexes, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in treatment time between the two groups (P >0.05), but the healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the degree of color spot regression was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative complication score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce complications for patients with chloasma during laser treatment, help patients accelerate wound healing, and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
