Abstract:To explore the application effect of individual nursing in patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent burn and plastic surgery in our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given individual nursing. The negative emotions, quality of life, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical health, social function, mental health and sleep quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.96%, which was higher than 85.71% of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.96%, which was higher than 75.51% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of individual nursing in patients with burn and plastic surgery is effective, which can not only effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, optimize their mentality, improve treatment compliance, but also improve nursing satisfaction, improve the quality of life of patients in the later stage, and promote the improvement of overall efficacy.
