To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service for patients undergoing plastic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 60 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing services, and the experimental group was given high quality nursing services. The surgical cooperation, stress response and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results he operation coordination degree of the experimental group was 95.00 %, which was higher than 81.67 % of the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the reference group (P <0.05). The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in patients undergoing plastic surgery is effective, which can improve the patient's surgical cooperation, reduce the degree of stress response, and help to improve nursing satisfaction.
