Abstract:To analyze the effect of operating room nursing on patients with Ⅱ degree burn treated by vacuum sealing drainage. Methods From January to December 2022, 60 patients with Ⅱ degree burn who received vacuum sealing drainage in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the study group was treated with operating room nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction, nursing quality and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, psychological counseling, management measures and operation level in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the duration of pain was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode, the application effect of operating room nursing in the treatment of patients with Ⅱ degree burn who received vacuum sealing drainage is accurate, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing, help to reduce the pain of patients, and the patients' satisfaction with the nursing mode is high.
