Abstract:Burn wound is one of the important causes of systemic infection and even death in patients. In the past, normal saline, iodophor and other methods were often used for debridement in clinical practice. However, in the actual treatment process, the above debridement methods could not fully drain the secretions of the wound, which improved the pain degree of the patient to a certain extent and prolonged the wound healing time. Vacuum sealing drainage is a wound treatment method that has emerged in recent years, which can effectively remove the necrotic tissue and exudates of the patient's wound, reduce the pain of the patient during the dressing change, thereby shortening the wound healing time and reducing the risk of infection. Based on this, this article reviews the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage technology in burn wounds, aiming to provide relevant reference for clinical treatment.
