Abstract:To analyze the effect of all-ceramic veneer in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in patients with dental fluorosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with dental fluorosis admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received light-cured resin veneer repair, and the observation group received all-ceramic veneer repair. The aesthetic effect, repair effect and repair satisfaction of anterior teeth were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the proportion of edge adaptability, texture of pressing surface, color matching and A-level appearance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was 94.12%, which was higher than 70.59% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of color, function, shape and comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of all-ceramic veneer in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in patients with dental fluorosis can obtain ideal repair effect and aesthetic effect, and the patient satisfaction is high.
