Abstract:To explore the application effect of ceramic laminate veneer and all-ceramic crown in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in Guyuan People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. Group A was treated with ceramic laminate veneer, and group B was treated with all-ceramic crown repair. The repair effect, VAS score, repair satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the color score, shape score, semi-transparency score and edge beauty score of group A were higher than those of group B (P <0.05). The VAS score of group A was lower than that of group B at 2, 6 and 12 months after treatment (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of group A was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of group B (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 5.71%, which was lower than 28.57% in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, the application effect of ceramic laminate veneer is better than that of all-ceramic crown restoration, which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, reduce the pain and discomfort of patients, and has better aesthetic effect.
