Abstract:To explore the clinical application value of anterior teeth ultra-thin porcelain veneer in minimally invasive restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From January 2021 to June 2023, 60 patients with minimally invasive restoration of anterior teeth admitted to Zhongjie Hospital of Cangzhou Bohai New District were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional resin veneer, and the observation group was treated with anterior teeth ultra-thin porcelain veneer. The repair success rate, repair satisfaction, cosmetic effect, quality of life and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The repair success rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the shape, color, edge fit and comfort of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the minimally invasive restoration of anterior teeth, the anterior teeth ultra-thin porcelain veneer can improve the clinical repair effect, improve the aesthetic effect, quality of life and negative emotions, which is worthy of clinical application.
