Abstract:To investigate the application effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in wound repair and plastic surgery after laser freckle and nevus removal surgery. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 100 patients with laser freckle and nevus removal surgery treated in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of Hebei Province were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with erythromycin ointment, and the experimental group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel. The wound repair effect, clinical indicators, complications and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of wound repair in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The wound healing time, wound repair time and pigmentation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 18.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients after laser freckle and nevus removal surgery, recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in wound repair and plastic surgery can achieve ideal results, which can promote wound repair and improve antioxidant function.
