Abstract:To observe the effect of continuous irrigation and drainage combined with comprehensive nursing measures in patients with infection after flap transplantation. Methods A total of 40 patients with infection after skin flap transplantation who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The experimental group was implemented continuous irrigation and drainage combined with comprehensive nursing intervention measures, and the control group was implemented routine nursing intervention measures. The nursing satisfaction and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 90.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The antibiotic use time, extubation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous irrigation and drainage combined with comprehensive nursing measures can improve the satisfaction of patients with infection after flap transplantation, shorten the time of antibiotic use, extubation time and hospitalization time, and further promote the recovery of patients.
