To analyze the effect of combined treatment of skin soft tissue expander and silicone gel scar patch in plastic repair of burn scar. Methods A total of 60 patients with burn scars admitted to Huadu District People 's Hospital of Guangzhou from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with skin soft tissue expander, and the experimental group was treated with skin soft tissue expander combined with silicone gel scar patch. The wound healing and repair effect of the two groups were compared. Results The blood supply recovery time and healing time of wound skin in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, the skin expansion rate was higher than that in the control group, the postoperative skin area and type Ⅰ/type Ⅲ collagen ratio were better than those in the control group, and the infection rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of elasticity, texture and appearance in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of elasticity, texture and appearance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of skin soft tissue expander and silicone gel scar patch in plastic repair of burn scar can accelerate the recovery rate of scar, protect the beauty of patients' skin, promote the physical and mental health of patients, and the clinical effect is good.
