Abstract:To analyze the intervention effect of different nursing measures in in cataract patients with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 84 patients with cataract who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group by random sampling method, with 42 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The rehabilitation, psychological condition, physical and mental condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups at 3 days after intervention (P >0.05). The uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups on the day of discharge was higher than that at 3 days after intervention, and the intraocular pressure was lower than that at 3 days after intervention, and those in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group (P <0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the GCQ score was higher than that before intervention, while the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the GCQ score was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.62%, which was higher than 80.95% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention, the patient's rehabilitation is better, the comfort and adverse emotions are effectively improved, and the patient's satisfaction is high.
