Abstract:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with facial trauma cosmetic suture. Methods A total of 68 patients with facial trauma plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, negative emotion evaluation score, infection rate, scar rate and healing rate were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was 94.12%, which was higher than 73.53% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The infection rate and scar rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the healing rate was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in cosmetic suture of facial trauma is effective, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, alleviate their negative emotions, reduce the incidence of infection and scar, and promote wound healing.
