Abstract:To explore the application effect of whole-course seamless nursing intervention in scar plastic repair surgery for patients with head and face burns. Methods A total of 76 patients with head and face burns admitted to the No.960 Hospital of PLA from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with whole-course seamless nursing. The recovery, psychological state and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The first time of getting out of bed, skin graft fusion time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application value of whole-course seamless nursing intervention in scar plastic repair surgery is higher. This nursing method can effectively shorten the hospitalization time, promote the recovery of patients, improve the bad mood of patients, and have fewer adverse reactions.
