Abstract:To study the effect of targeted nursing in mucocutaneous separation wound for enterostomy. Methods From September 2022 to April 2023, 48 enterostomy patients with mucocutaneous separation wound admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The wound healing time, complication rate and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 8.33%, which was lower than 41.67% of the control group (P <0.05). The pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For enterostomy patients with mucocutaneous separation wound, targeted nursing can not only shorten the wound healing time, but also reduce the incidence of complications and the degree of pain.
