分析心理护理结合健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年 3月于我院行烧伤整形治疗的72例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。 对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心理护理结合健康教育，比较两组心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。 结果 观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后躯体功能、社会功能、 物质生活及心理功能评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为94.44%，高于对照组的77.78% （P ＜0.05）。结论 心理护理结合健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用效果确切，能够有效改善患者心理状 态，提高其生活质量，且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。
To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent burn and plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing combined with health education. The psychological status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical function, social function, material life and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education is effective in patients with burn and plastic surgery, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, improve their quality of life, and patients' satisfaction with nursing services is high.
