Abstract:To analyze the impact of minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology and conventional all-ceramic veneer on patients with hag teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with hag teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional all-ceramic veneer technology, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive ultrathin veneer technology. The repair effect, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of natural color, edge tightness, integrity, tooth permeability and edge coloring of the restorations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of total health status and role, body, emotion, society and cognitive function in the two groups after repair were higher than those before repair, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology has a good repair effect on patients with hag teeth, which can effectively improve the repair body status of patients, improve their quality of life, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
