Abstract:To observe the effect of anterior aesthetic restoration in oral clinical treatment. Methods A total of 102 patients with oral clinical treatment admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 51 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine repair, and the experimental group was treated with anterior aesthetic restoration. The repair effect, oral function and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of restoration color, restoration shape and marginal fit with adjacent teeth in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of masticatory function and language function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of foreign body sensation, applicability, fit, shape and color in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of anterior aesthetic restoration in patients with oral clinical treatment is good, which can effectively improve oral function, and patients have higher satisfaction with treatment.
