Abstract:To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in reproductive plastic and aesthetic surgery. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, 58 female patients undergoing reproductive plastic and aesthetic surgery in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 29 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group. The sexual function score, anxiety level and self-esteem of the two groups were compared. Results The FESI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The SES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Professional comprehensive rehabilitation intervention after female reproductive plastic and aesthetic surgery can effectively enhance female sexual function and improve anxiety, inferiority and other emotions caused by abnormal genital morphology, which is worthy of clinical application.
