Abstract:To explore the intervention effect of humanized nursing on patients with facial burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients with facial burn and plastic surgery admitted to the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from June 9, 2022 to June 9, 2023 were selected. They were divided into DZ group (blue signature) and RX group (red signature) by drawing lots, with 49 patients in each group. DZ group received routine nursing and RX group received humanized nursing. The emotional state, quality of life, coping style and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those of the RX group were lower than those of the DZ group (P <0.05). The scores of physical function, social function, psychological function and material function in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the RX group were higher than those in the DZ group (P <0.05). The face score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of the RX group was higher than that of the DZ group, while the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those before intervention, and that of the RX group was lower than that of the DZ group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the RX group was 97.96%, which was higher than 85.71% of the DZ group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial burn and plastic surgery, humanized nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction. The effect is ideal and worthy of clinical application.
