Abstract:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on humanistic care in outpatients with facial cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 96 patients with facial cosmetic surgery admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on humanistic care. The psychological status, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 7 days and 3 months after operation (P <0.05). The scores of social function, physiological function, emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of hospital environment, service attitude, pain control, medication guidance and out-of-hospital guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 77.08% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on humanistic care in outpatient patients with facial cosmetic surgery is effective, which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and promote the compliance of patients.
