To analyze the application effect of PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation in personalized facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods A total of 135 patients with facial aging treated in Wuhan Xingyan Xingmei Medical Beauty clinic from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (68 patients) and study group (67 patients) by random number table method. The control group was treated with autologous fat transplantation, and the study group was treated with PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation. The clinical efficacy immediately and 6 months later, facial improvement and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of immediate treatment in both groups was 100.00% , and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group after 6 months of treatment was 94.03%, which was higher than 80.88% in the control group (P ＜0.05). The facial improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.49%, which was lower than 4.41% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05).Conclusion PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation in personalized facial rejuvenation surgery is effective, and the facial improvement is better, without increasing the risk of complications.
