Abstract:To explore the clinical value of modified three-point double eyelid surgery in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation. Methods A total of 60 patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation admitted to Changchun Yingkang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional double eyelid surgery, and the observation group was treated with modified three-point double eyelid surgery. The operation time, recovery time, incision healing rate, complication rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incision healing rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 86.67% of the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was better than 70.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The modified three-point double eyelid surgery can effectively shorten the operation time for patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation, accelerate the recovery rate of patients, improve the incision healing rate of patients, prevent the occurrence of complications, improve patient satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
